If it requires a clean only to the outside of the windows and we have access around the house then generally you don’t have to be there but it is always better if you are present.

In most cases no. If there is thick shrub or trees or spiky plants in front of the window we will need that cut off a bit to gain access to the window, however most of the time we can manage without the need for this.

We can move small articles such as chairs but we won’t touch your computers or big furniture such as sofas and desks without your presence and help to prevent any damage or scratches.

We can usually work easily around showers and drizzle but it really depends on the type of work and shape of your house. Often windows are covered with roof eaves and patios. High winds may prevent us from getting onto the roof. If the weather is really bad, we can reschedule.

You can pay cash or bank transfer. Payment is due upon the completion of the job.

No. We use a ionic pure water system which is your tap water completely filtered to remove all metals and particles from the water leaving your window absolutely clean and shiny. As a chemical we use gentle dish washing detergent, the same as you use for your dishes. And we also have years of experience and many tricks to leave your windows clean.
